Ugulendu (Mother Nature in the Garifuna Language) is a local and international environmental initiative created by local residents of Dangriga, Belize (Andrew Higinio and Shaka Magarada) to mitigate the severe loss of land mass due to rising sea levels and costal erosion as a result of global warming.
